Mr. LoPalo is an Associate with the firm. He is a 2003 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, and graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego (B.A., 2000). He is was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 2004, the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2004), and holds pro hac vice appointments in various state courts including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Alabama. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the American Bar Association; and the New York County Bar Association.
